Vendor Management

This section explains how auditors can view vendor details, review vendor risk assessments, and search or filter vendors.

View Vendor Detail

This feature allows users to view detailed information about a selected vendor.

1. Select the target company.
2. Open the Vendor Management menu page.
3. Select one of the vendor data rows.
4. Verify that the vendor detail page is displayed.

View Vendor Risk Assessment

This feature allows users to review the vendor risk assessment document.

1. Select the target company.
2. Open the Vendor Management menu page.
3. Select one of the vendor data rows.
4. Navigate to the vendor detail page.
5. Switch to the Vendor Risk Assessment section.
6. Click the View button on one of the vendor risk assessment data rows.
7. Verify that the vendor risk assessment file is displayed in the PDF viewer.

Search Vendor

This feature helps users quickly find vendors using the search field.

1. Select the target company.
2. Open the Vendor Management menu page.
3. Click the Search Vendor field.
4. Enter a keyword into the search field.
5. Verify that the matching vendor list is displayed.

Filter Vendor

This feature allows users to filter vendors based on selected criteria.

1. Select the target company.
2. Open the Vendor Management menu page.
3. Select values in the filter section.
4. Verify that the matching vendor list is displayed.
