This documentation explains how to manage auditors from the Users menu, including creating, searching, filtering, updating, and managing auditor permissions.

This section explains how administrators can manage auditor accounts within the system.

Add Auditor

This feature allows administrators to create a new auditor account.

  1. Open the Users menu page.
  2. Click the Add Auditor button.
  3. Fill in the values in the Create Auditor form.
  4. Click the Create button.
  5. Verify that the new auditor data row appears in the table.

Search Auditor

This feature helps administrators quickly find auditors using the search field.

  1. Open the Users menu page.
  2. Click the Search Auditor field.
  3. Enter a keyword into the search field.
  4. Verify that the matching auditor rows are displayed.

Filter Auditor

This feature allows administrators to filter auditors based on specific criteria.

  1. Open the Users menu page.
  2. Click the Filter button.
  3. Select values from the available filter options.
  4. Verify that the matching auditor list is displayed.

Change Auditor Status

This feature allows administrators to update the status of an auditor account.

  1. Open the Users menu page.
  2. Select the status field on one of the auditor data rows.
  3. Choose the desired status option.
  4. Verify that the auditor status is updated automatically.

Edit Auditor

This feature allows administrators to update auditor account information.

  1. Open the Users menu page.
  2. Click the Edit button on one of the auditor data rows.
  3. Modify the values in the Edit User form.
  4. Click the Update button.
  5. Verify that the updated values appear in the selected auditor row.

Resend Activation Email

This feature allows administrators to resend the activation email to auditors who have not activated their accounts.

  1. Open the Users menu page.
  2. Click the Resend Email button on one of the auditor rows that has not been activated.
  3. Verify that the activation email is automatically sent to the target email address.

Set as Admin

This feature allows administrators to grant admin permissions to an auditor.

  1. Open the Users menu page.
  2. Click the Set as Admin button.
  3. Verify that the auditor row is automatically updated with additional permissions.
